Salon Policies
Your appointments and well-being are very important to us at Sweetroots Blow Dry Bar. We understand that unexpected delays and/or situations can occur. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice.
CANCELLATION POLICY::
Any cancellation or rescheduling made less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be 100% of the reserved services.
Sweetroots Blow Dry Bar requires a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file, if applicable.
For appointments that are no show/no call within 24 hours or for which the guest fails to show, the 100% cancellation fee per service booked will apply. After 2 no shows, you will not be able to book any further appointments, unless it is paid in full at time of booking. No refunds will be given.

PRODUCT RETURN POLICY: We accept returns within 21 days for any hair products that does not meet your satisfaction. No returns will be accepted without proof of purchase. Please note that all services and gift cards/gift certificates are non-refundable.
DETANGLING POLICY: All Sweetroots services include up to 15 minutes of hair detangling. If you arrive to your appointment with hair in a condition that requires more than 15 minutes of detangling, if timing permits, you can add an extra 30 minutes for $15.
The cost of the Detangling Service is $30/hour and is billable in 30-minute increments for anytime beyond the 15 minutes of detangling that is included as part of the service.
To ensure we can service all guests efficiently at their desired appointment times we ask that guests arrive to their appointment with hair that is ready to be serviced or take advantage of booking our Detangling Service online (ahead of your scheduled appointment).
PROMOTIONS: Promotions will be applied during checkout. They will not appear online or in confirmation emails. In addition, pricing and promotions vary and can be subject to change.
LATE POLICY: If you are 10+ minutes late for your appointment, we may have to cancel, reschedule, or adjust your service(s) to fit the remaining time. If we adjust or reschedule your service, the full cost of the service still applies. If we do not hear from you 15 minutes into your appointment, or if we cannot adjust or reschedule your service, it will be considered cancelled and the applicable cancellation fee(s) will apply.
GIFT CARD AND GIFT CERTIFICATE POLICY Gift cards will be delivered to you activated and ready to use. Please treat them like cash. Sweetroots is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Gift cards or gift certificates do not expire and are only valid at the location of purchase.
BLOW OUT WITH EXTENDED TIME: A Blow Out with Extended Time is our signature Blow Out service, inclusive of a wash, for guests who require 90 minutes. If you book a standard blowout and if it does exceeds over an 1 hour, it would be considered a Blowout with Extended Time service. This service is ideal for guests with hair length, density or texture that requires a longer blow out time. To ensure we can service all guests efficiently at their desired appointment times, we ask that guests who require more than 90 minutes for a blow out or those who are unsure whether they should book our standard Blow Out or Blow Out with Extended Time, call Sweetroots Blow Dry Bar so they can help you book the appropriate amount of time.
*An additional $15 per half hour is added to the cost for the extended time blowout.
STYLIST REQUESTS: While we try to accommodate all stylist requests, we cannot guarantee you will be paired with a particular stylist. We’ll do our best – scouts honor!
